Gaurav Sharma’s Story

18 Jun, 2021

I planned a 10-day expedition with LaHimalaya to Kaza and Spiti and right from the start I had loads of fun and experienced loads of comfort.

We can talk about anything the food, the company, the guidance, the places we went to or even our accommodation- the escapade was fantastic.
It pains me to even think about this trip, as it gives me flashbacks I want to live every day and every moment of my life.

The Places that we covered were Narkanda, Baga Sarahan, Sangla, Chitkul, Kaza and Kalpa. After visiting all these remote places, but still having a comfortable stay, without a second thought, I felt as if “MERA PURA PAISA VASUL HO GAYA.”

It’s tough to handpick the best part of our expedition, but dinner every night around the bonfire was a highlight, with people drinking, eating, laughing and enjoying like they never have before.
Anther stellar part of the trip was on the last day when we could see the sunrise in Kalpa along with alongside the beautiful peak of Kinnaur Kailash (winter home of Lord Shiva).

I really wish I could do this expedition at least twice a year.

Thank you LaHimalaya for making this possible and ensuring that everyone has a chance to love through this experience at least once

Cheers and see you next time.
