9N/10D SACH PASS TOUR ITINERARY
Our Journey starts from Narkanda towards Sach Pass. On day 1, the guests will travel from their location and reach Narkanda. The night stay will be at Tethys Resort at Narkanda with introductory sessions while enjoying bonfire, snacks, drinks, music, dance, and dinner.
Narkanda is a beautiful town located in the upper Shimla area of Himachal Pradesh. The place has been blessed with salubrious weather, throughout the year. Lush green valley and gorgeous Satluj River are what make this place even more beautiful..
On the 2nd day, we will move to Pabbar Valley through the bank of the river with beautiful views. The route for Pabbar Valley (Rohru) branches off the national highway from Theog, and heads towards the Pabbar Valley and beyond. Known after the name of its major river Pabbar with numerous tributary streams, Pabbar Valley is a paradise of travelers and well known for adventurous traveler activities.
Hatkoti and Rohru are the two main picturesque places on the way to the valley. Hatkoti is also famous for a splendidly built temple of Goddess Durga with green fields all around. The valley is surrounded by beautiful lakes, glorious mountains, and streams that offer beautiful views to its visitors. Guests will enjoy the overnight stay at a campsite with good hospitality.
Heading towards Sach Pass, our next location is Baga Sarahan. Baga Sarahan is the plain grassland spreading up to the miles of landscape. The place is filled with herds of many herbivorous animals and an ancient temple that is beautifully crafted in wooden style architecture. You will enjoy a complete package of adventure and fun. You can also enjoy (optional) trekking to a waterfall. The overnight stay will be at the nearby campsite in one corner of the open meadow.
On the 4th day, we will move to Baspa Valley in Kinnaur which lies near Indo-Tibet border. This is also known as the Sangla Valley. You will witness some of the most breathtaking views in this valley and because of which it is called the mini Switzerland of India. You can enjoy the jaw-dropping views of Baspa River flowing across lower Baspa Valley throughout the journey.
There are many unexplored and off-beat passes in the valley. It is surrounded by some beautiful villages like Rakcham, Batseri and Chitkul villages. The night stay will be at a campsite on the river bank.
On day 5, we will move to Spiti Valley – the scenic paradise of the stunning hills. This place is a popular destination for nature-buffs, photographers, and adventure enthusiasts. This place is well-known for its mystical topography, monasteries, trekking routes, semi-frozen rivers, and lakes. The night stay will be at a homestay/hotel.
On day 6, we will move to Chandra Taal Lake (also known as ‘the moon lake’) located some 14 km away from Kunzum Pass – the best destination for trekkers and campers in Spiti. With clear water, the color of the lake keeps changing from blue, green to reddish, and orange throughout the day. You will enjoy overnight camping at the vast green meadows, adjacent to Chandra Taal.
On day 7, we will move to Chenab Valley, also known as Chandra Bhaga Valley. This is the river valley of the Chenab River flowing through the Jammu area of Jammu and Kashmir. This place is famous for its serene and picturesque beauty with enormous snow-covered mountains, dense green forests, saffron, quaint villages, adventures, trekking trails, and much more. You’ll enjoy the night stay at a homestay/hotel.
On day 8, we will move to Sach Pass that runs over the Pir Panjal mountain ranges and is famous among adventure seekers to experience the thrill of riding. It is also a famous point for trekking from Dalhousie. The panoramic view of the natural landscape, the valleys, and the mountain peaks is an absolutely breathtaking sight. Sach Pass is a perfect getaway for nature lovers, photographers, and adventure seekers. After a long and adventurous drive, we will stop for an overnight stay in a campsite with great hospitality.
On day 9, we will reach beautiful town of Dalhousie with the mesmerizing natural landscape, pine-clad valleys, flower-bedecked meadows, fast-flowing rivers, magnificent misty mountains, and some of the most spectacular views in the world. You can see the Scottish and Victorian architecture and the ambiance flavored in the old British era.
It is one of the most visited places in Himachal Pradesh known for its mesmerizing natural beauty and its old-world charm. We will enjoy the night stay at a hotel.
